Dr. George has more than 14 years of teaching experience and 3 years of administrative experience in the field of management. He has served some of the top most institutions in the country under various capacities. An empanelled research guide at Christ University, Bangalore and a part-time Ph.D. research Supervisor at Bharathiar University, Coimbatore, he has been guiding Ph.D., MPhil and PG students for more than 10 years.  Besides being a member of various academic and professional bodies, he is also a Forum Certified Supply Chain Management Professional. His teaching and research interests are in the areas of marketing management, sales and distribution management, consumer behaviour, services marketing, industrial marketing, product and brand management, customer relationship management etc. .

A doctoral degree holder in applied economics, Dr. P.T. Thomas has more than 30 years of teaching and 7 years of research experience. He has published various articles in both national and international journals and has presented papers in national and international seminars. He has undertaken UGC sponsored research projects and has published one book. His research and teaching interests are in the areas of Macro Economics, Financial Economics, Managerial Economics & Research Methodology.

Mr. Rajesh has about 12 years experience in marketing, sales and commercial operations with BPL group of companies. He has held positions as Channel Sales Head, Product head & Branch head.  He was Associate Professor at FIMS, Calicut (August 2008 –March 2011), and Assistant Professor at Kristujayanti College, Bangalore (2006-2008).  He is a visiting faculty at IIMK and NIT, Calicut. He has various national and international publications to his credit. 

His areas of interest are Corporate Taxation, Behavioral Finance, Derivatives and Risk Management, International Finance, Costing & Financial Management.

Mr. Byju is a graduate in English literature and Psychology from St. Xavier’s college,Ahmedabad and a Post graduate in Personnel Management and Foreign Trade fromUniversity of Pune.  He holds an M Phil in International Peace and Global Economy in relation with Human Resource Development from Gujarat Vidyapith, Ahmedabad. He has also done a course on Entrepreneurship from ISB (Indian School Of Business)Hyderabad and a one year certificate course on Personal Resource and Organizational Behavior Effectiveness (PROBE) from Xavier’s Centre for Human Resource Development, St.Xavier’s College, Ahmedabad.  He has attended a one week training on “Market Analysis” Conducted by “World Trade Organization”, and “International Trade Center”(UNCTAD CNUCED) Arusha –Tanzania.

He was business consultant with Toifor –Kuwait (Jan- May 2010) ; Manager  International Operations & HRD  A TO Z Textiles Mills Ltd, Tanzania, East Africa (May 2003 - June 2005); Manager Operations and HRD with M/s. Raghuvir Synthetic Limited,Ahmedabad, Gujarat (April 2000l- September 2003) and Executive HRD and Administrationwith M/s Narayani Infosys Pvt Ltd, Ahmedabad (June 1996-  April 1997).

He has worked as Associate Professor at Christ Institute of Management, Christ College, Bangalore (June 2007- Oct 2009) and as Asst. Professor at Amity Business School –Amity University, Noida  (Jan 2006- to May 2007). Mr. Byju has various publications to his credit.

A post graduate in management with dual specialization in Marketing & Finance, Mr. Anoop Scaria possesses 2 years industry and about 4 years teaching experience. He has published articles in both national and international journals and has presented papers in national and international seminars. He is currently pursuing doctoral studies on CSR at the Andhra University College of Arts & Commerce, Vishakapatnam.

A post graduate in management and a post graduate diploma holder in human resource management, Fr. Genimon V Joseph had been Administrator at Vimal Jyothi Engineering College for 3 years. He also possesses UGC NET qualification and has more than 3 years of teaching experience. 

A post graduate in human resource management, Fr. Joshy Sebastian has more than 2 years of teaching experience. 

A B.Tech graduate in Information Technology from Amal Jyothi College of Engineering, Pala and a Post Graduate in Management (MBA) with specializations in HR & Marketing from Vivekananda Business School, Tamil Nadu, Ms. Minu N Thomas has been a distinction holder throughout her student life. She has special interest in projects related to functioning of quality circles, quality of work-life and Bluetooth hotspot. She has presented a paper entitled "Green marketing and environmental concerns' in the International seminar on 'Global challenges of emerging India – a management perspective'

Mr. Prajith is a graduate in Mathematics from Brennen College, Tellicherry and a Post Graduate in Management with specializations in Marketing & HR from the Department of Management Studies, Kannur University.  He also holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Applications and a Diploma in Office Automation. He has more than 8 years of teaching experience especially at S.N. College, Kannur as HOD, BBM Department and at Farook Institute of Management Studies (FIMS), Calicut as Senior Lecturer.  He has also worked as HR Manager, ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Ltd. for about 2 years.  His areas of interest are QT, Management Science (OR), Marketing Research, Research Methodology, Marketing & HRM. 

A specialist in the area of finance and accounting, Prof. Balakrishnan has more than 25 years of teaching experience both in India and abroad. He has served Cosmos Educational Institute, Karama Dubai for about 15 years and has been teaching at various colleges in Kerala for the last 10 years.  

A Retd. Professor and HOD of the Dept. of Economics at Nirmalagiri college, Kuthuparamba, Prof. Accamma has about 32 years of teaching experience.  She was member to the Senate, Kannur University; Member, Director Board of TREICS, Tellicherry and a Member of the Editorial Board of the Journal of IRISH.

Prof. Jagannathan has more than 11 years of teaching experience at the UG & PG level.
